For Start-Ups: Start-ups have primarily three layers of contractual and regulatory obligations namely, investors, internal (employees and partners), and external (third-party services, vendors and statutory). Depending at the growth stage of the start-up, we offer to customise the fee model, wherein we cap our fee for the startups during the early stages. However, we also provide ongoing legal services to the startups on a retainership-based model, which ensures that the startup can focus on a 'compliance-led-growth' story of the company.
